  • Full refund available within first 14 days of program enrollment
  • Partial refund (75%) available between days 15-30 of program access
  • Students must have completed less than 25% of assigned coursework
  • All refund requests require written notification via email
  • Medical emergencies and documented hardships receive individual consideration
  • Corporate enrollments follow separate refund schedules outlined in agreements

3 Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refund timing depends on your original payment method. We process all approved refunds promptly, but your financial institution may have additional processing requirements.

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 2-4 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Corporate Checks: 10-15 business days after processing
  • Wire Transfers: 1-3 business days after processing

Important: Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used for your original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.

Program Transfer Option

5 Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain program components cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered. These items involve immediate delivery or third-party costs that we cannot recover.

  • Downloadable resources and templates after access
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have been completed
  • Third-party software licenses activated on your behalf
  • Printed materials shipped to your address
  • Certificate processing fees for completed programs
  • Workshop recordings accessed or downloaded
